By booking an appointment at Gemma Nails & Spa, you agree to our policies below. We value your time and ask that you respect ours.

Salon Conduct & Right to Refuse Service

We provide a professional, respectful environment. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion for aggressive behavior or violation of our policies. Please note: Repeat "no-shows" will result in a permanent ban from booking future services.

Booking, Cancellations & Fees

We require notice for all changes to ensure we can accommodate other clients.

Advance Notice: Providing at least 24 hours' notice allows you to cancel or reschedule your appointment with no fee.
Same-Day Cancellations: Cancellations made on the day of your appointment will incur a 50% service fee.
No-Shows: Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in a 100% service fee.

Service Adjustments & Refunds

No Refunds: All services are final. We do not offer cash refunds.
Adjustments: If you are unhappy with your service, you must contact us within 7 days. Adjustments are provided at the discretion of management for the original service performed.
